Rights
TAPING POLICY:
Live Recording:.
Jonah Cohen permits and encourages audio and video taping and trading for
personal and non-commercial use at almost every live performance.
Accommodations:.
Jonah Cohen appreciates all of his fans, especially those who tape and
trade. Where and when possible Jonah will make available soundboard feeds
and/or a good location to tape from. In exchange, it is asked that tapers
respect the other fans and the rules and restrictions of the venues in
which Jonah performs.
Rules:.
No profit shall ever be made from live shows. Please do not buy or sell
live recordings in any format. Selling or commercializing any recording
is illegal and will jeopardize taping privileges for everyone. Jonah
Cohen and 366 Management reserve the right to suspend this policy at any
time and for any reason.
Audio/Video Taping, Trading, and Spreading the Love:.
PLEASE PROVIDE JONAH COHEN WITH A COPY OF YOUR RECORDING
Be creative! We request that audio be traded in non-lossy format (.shn,
.flac, etc.). Jonah prefers soundboard/audience mixes. Trading video
recordings on DVD is cool. Photography is ok as well. Fan websites are a
great idea (we will put your link up on jonahcohenmusic.com). We would
love to hear about fan interaction through trading, e-mail us:

On December 1, 2004 Jonah gave the OK for his inclusion on archive.org
"To Whom it may concern at E-TREE,
You are 100% welcome to archive any of my shows that someone tapes and make them accessible for public download and noncommerical, royalty-free circulation.
Best,
Jonah"
Re: mp3 versions?
"Tyler,
How's it going? Supplemental lossy copies are fine!
Take care,
Jonah"
